The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines; scope, schedule and budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met in a multi-project service engineering environment. Coordinates and exercises functional authority for projects including but not limited to proposals, schedules, budgets ,scope, design, build, install / startup, and client follow-up. PM supervises, plans and coordinates activities for multiple assigned engineering projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished. Reviews project design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Work with and coordinates project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing, in accordance with engineering disciplines of staff. Responsible to produce completed projects with the available resources and within the constraints of time, cost, and technology. Acts as a representative and communications focal point between HEI personnel, vendors and the client. Additionally, the Project Manager will be involved in program and project management tasks on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management 3-5+ years' experience in engineering or construction or similar field Analytical Skills and Communication Project Management Team Leadership Experience in technical project management preferred Agile work experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Required at least a 2 year degree in related field plus 6 years experience PMP preferred Travel up to 25% Initial and Annual Drug Screening Must be U.S. citizen Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); vacation and sick benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; life insurance; certain time off and leave of absence benefits to including short- and long-term disability.
