We're expanding our premier Allergy & Immunology team and looking for standout RNs to contribute to our success! We are launching a Gretna clinic location in July 2026, and have two physicians joining in late summer! We need driven, compassionate nurses to provide exceptional care to patients across Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa. Full-time clinical staff work daytime hours, four days per week, with one day off during the week. Errands, appointments, gym time? It's YOUR weekday off, do with it what you choose! Work just one to two Saturday mornings (8am-12pm) per month as part of your regular schedule, with opt-in opportunities for extra hours.Supportive Culture:

You will provide comprehensive clinical care for our patients, including:Patient Care:
Clinical nursing care of our patients, including intake and triage.Testing:
Allergy skin testing (percutaneous, intradermal, patch), food allergy challenges, and lung function tests.Specialized Testing:
Allergy skin testing (percutaneous, intradermal, patch), food allergy challenges, and lung function tests.Advanced Treatments:
Administration of immunotherapy (allergy/venom) and biologics.Education:
Empowering patients through detailed teaching and literature distribution.Compliance:
Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA and government regulations.Contribution:

Perform other tasks within your scope, as assigned.What We Are Looking For:
An active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. A team-oriented, self-motivated, professional attitude, and proactive work ethic. Reliable transportation for "out and back" travel to our satellite locations.Qualifications:
Current NE RN licensure BLS certification Clinical Experience (minimum of 1-2 years). Clinical experience in allergy, asthma and/or immunology preferred, but not required. Education and Requirements Requires a current active Registered Nurse license. Patient teaching skills and ability to coordinate care for complex patients. CurrentBLS CPR/AED
for Health Care Providers certification required. Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Demands This position requires intermittent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work Environment This job will require exposure to patient elements. Individuals in this role routinely use standard office equipment such as laptop and desktop computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
