The Environmental Project Manager oversees field crews, manages project timelines and budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies on assigned projects.

Base salary:

$72,800 per year; billable overtime earnings average approximately 40% above base annually. safety protocols, PPE compliance, and site-specific health and safety plans Prepare and submit all required project documentation, regulatory agency reports, and client deliverables accurately and on schedule Monitor project budgets, track billable hours and materials, and communicate scope changes or cost variances to leadership promptly Serve as primary client contact on assigned projects; coordinate with regulatory agencies including EPA, OSHA, and NDEQ as required Qualifications

  • Environmental Project Manager Minimum one (1) year of experience in environmental services, hazardous materials operations, industrial services, or a related field operations role Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass MVR, background, and pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol screenings Ability to work 40+ hours per week including on-call availability and travel to project sites as required Must be able to read, speak, and understand English; strong written communication skills for regulatory and client reporting High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health, or related field preferred Preferred Qualifications•Hazmat Project Manager / Environmental Operations Manager

40-hour certification (29 CFR 1910.120) or ability to obtain upon hire Experience managing confined space entry, industrial tank cleaning, or environmental remediation projects Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, DOT, and NDEQ hazardous materials and waste regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office for project tracking, reporting, and client communication CDL or prior experience operating response vehicles and field equipment Physical Requirements
