Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator at Kalwall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and Scheduling:

Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to create detailed project plans. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.

Estimating:

Assist in estimating project costs, resource requirements, and timelines.

Problem Solving:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address any issues that arise during project execution promptly.

Communication:

Maintain open and transparent communication with internal team members, department managers, and clients. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates.

Customer Service:

Ensure the highest level of service delivery to our clients. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent combination of experience and education. Proven experience in project coordination or related roles in a manufacturing or construction environment. The ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans is a plus.
