Develop and expand relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, and industry partners. Leverage Timberline's established relationships in life sciences, technology, commercial, institutional, and other key markets. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who knows how to build a business-not just manage projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
15+ years of progressive commercial construction or construction management experience. A proven track record of building and growing an office, business unit, or market. A demonstrated history of generating revenue through client relationships and business development. An established network within New Hampshire and/or Northern New England. Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to think strategically while staying connected to clients, projects, and people. This isn't an opportunity to simply step into an established role. It's an opportunity to build something. You'll have the autonomy to shape our New Hampshire operation, develop the team, grow client relationships, and establish Timberline as a leading construction partner throughout Northern New England-while having the support and resources of an established organization behind you. If you've successfully built a construction office or market before, have a strong network of relationships, and know how to turn those relationships into sustained revenue and growth, we'd like to talk.
