Pembroke, New Hampshire Job Responsibilities:
Work with Project Managers to implement a project, including scheduling and document control. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all materials are filed and stored. Create and maintain Project WBS using SAP. Support Project Managers on change order preparation and filing. Assist Project Managers with warranty-related order entries in SAP as needed. Assist Project Managers with service support coordination and vendor support procurement. Lead efforts to evaluate current workflows and propose process improvements. Required Education and Experience Associate degree required. B.S. degree preferred. 3+ years of professional experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Knowledgeable with using ERP system (SAP preferred). Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience on project management and process improvement procedures.
