ABOUT THE COMPANY
Since 1971, George W. Pynn Masonry Inc. has built a reputation as solid as that first industrial block building in 1971. We are known throughout the industry for our experience and quality workmanship in all types of commercial buildings - including offices, health care buildings, schools, manufacturing/distribution buildings, State and Federal facilities, fast-track scheduled plank bearing jobs, and veneers - without sacrificing safety.
Responsibilities:
Submittals Producing SOV's Monthly Requisitions Project reviews with foreman Assist foreman for duration of the project Quantity takeoffs and material ordering Attend project meetings Project production monitoring Work with field superintendent on manpower problems/solutions Project scheduling Some estimating will be required from time to time depending on workload (Tradesmen software experience a plus!)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial masonry project management or estimating Strong project management skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience required. 5-10 years experience preferred but will be flexible for the right candidate. Strong computer skills
