Key Responsibilities:
Organize client requests and project documents Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needs Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements. Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations. Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.Required Background/Experience:
Associates degree or higher a plus but not required. 2+ years of customer service experience Demonstrates progression of self-management abilities. Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skillsDesired Soft Skills:
