The Opportunity We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who wants to operate at a higher level and grow quickly into a Project Manager role. This is not an entry-level, task-only position. You will be expected to think, take ownership, and contribute to the success of each project. You will work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents on active luxury custom home builds and will be given increasing responsibility based on performance. What You'll Be Expected to Do Own the Details Keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward Maintain drawings, specifications, budgets, and documentation without gaps Follow through on tasks — no loose ends Support Financial & Project Control Track costs, commitments, and documentation with precision Assist in preparing and managing change orders Help maintain control of budgets and project financials Drive Coordination Stay ahead of schedules, upcoming work, and team needs Follow up with PMs, Superintendents, and trade partners without being asked Help keep communication clear and consistent across the project team Contribute to Execution Support quality control, punch lists, and closeout Be present and engaged in the day-to-day flow of the project Step in where needed to keep projects on track What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in construction or related field, or equivalent education Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control Clear, professional communication A proactive mindset — you see what needs to be done and act Desire to grow Experience with Procore preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel What Will Set You Apart You take ownership — you don't wait for direction You follow through consistently You are comfortable being held to a high standard You care about doing things right, not just getting them done You want to be part of a team that takes pride in its work Our Culture We operate with a high level of accountability and professionalism .
