We're a well-established, growth-focused electrical/infrastructure contractor looking for an Electrical Project Manager who thrives on running the full project lifecycle: estimating, value engineering, contract negotiation, job costing, and hands-on field leadership. This isn't a desk-only role, you'll be out on-site every week, working directly with crews, superintendents, and clients to keep projects moving and profitable. What you'll own: Reading and interpreting specs, blueprints, and contract documents Building accurate cost estimates and driving smart value-engineering solutions Negotiating vendor pricing and managing change orders Owning job costing and financials (Foundation Accounting Software) Applying current NEC code knowledge to solve real field problems Serving as the go-to connector between office, field, and client What you bring: Strong electrical contracting background with deep NEC knowledge Estimating software experience (McCormick a strong plus) Sharp Excel/Microsoft 365 skills A track record of stability and long-term commitment
