Accurate Language Services has an opening for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team at our location in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be a detail oriented, self-motivated, highly organize person who has the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines without compromising quality. The Junior Project Managers should be interested in a career in the translation and localization industry and project management. Proven organization, communication and computer skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Running and managing the translation projects from initial planning to delivery Putting together rock star teams of freelance translators and editors based on project needs Managing translators to ensure quality and adherence to timeline on all projects Develop and submit timely and accurate quotes to clients. Establishing and managing a project budget Organizing and verifying project files for final delivery to our clients Ensure projects are completed and delivered to clients within the timeline and with ultimate attention to quality. Providing exceptional customer service during the project and beyond Providing support for translators Knowledge, skills and experience required: BA or BS or equivalent Proven multi-tasking skills, ability to work under strict deadlines Fast learner and the ability to pick up new skills and technologies Common sense with exceptional problem solving skills Good at interacting with people, ability to work within a team and by yourself Ability to work well with translators from different cultures and time zones Preforms well under pressure with the ability manage multiple projects and translators at the same time.
