This role will partner closely with the IT Technical Program Manager and project team to assist in unit relocations, renovations, and new construction efforts across multiple healthcare locations. Key Responsibilities Support planning and execution of hospital infrastructure and IT-related projects Coordinate efforts across IT, clinical teams, facilities, architects, and construction vendors Review and interpret architectural blueprints, technical diagrams, and PDFs Assist with deployment and setup of IT systems within clinical and operational spaces Ensure alignment between facility layouts and technology requirements (networking, devices, EHR systems) Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across multiple active sites Participate in onsite coordination across South Jersey hospital locations Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in: Healthcare IT, facilities, or infrastructure projects Hospital or clinical environments Experience working with: Architectural/construction teams and documentation (blueprints, layouts) IT infrastructure concepts (networking, cabling, endpoints) Clinical systems such as Epic or similar EHR platforms Understanding of hospital workflows, departments, and terminology Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with Laitek or medical imaging systems Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and security regulations (HIPAA) Familiarity with HL7 interfaces, ADT feeds, or clinical data flows

Pay:

$70.00 - $75.00 per hour
