Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee a variety of plant operations and equipment-related projects within a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a technical background, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different facilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead equipment installation, technology implementation, mechanization, and automation projects to improve production and workflow Develop project designs, budgets, layouts, schedules, and technical plans while coordinating vendors and suppliers Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects and facilities Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure projects meet operational needs and support plant performance

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field 2-4+ years of experience in project management in a meat or food processing environment Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm Strong knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
