This roleis responsible forensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and excellence throughout the project lifecycle Youwill need to have experience in estimating, scheduling, and overseeing structural, architectural, and MEP components ofcomplexconstruction projectsup to $50 million. In this capacity, you willbe responsible forthe following: Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects in regulated environments. Act as the primary liaison betweenGFT, clients, contractors, and vendors. Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded through proactive communication and problem-solving. Respond to client RFPs and prepare proposals. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Identifyand mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, andour internalquality requirements. Mentor and support junior project managers and team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Education |
