About Our Client Our client is a well-established design-build construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering complex projects throughout the Northeast. Their portfolio includes pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, institutional, and corporate projects, supported by long-standing client relationships and a strong backlog of work. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager looking to take ownership of large-scale, technically complex construction projects while joining a company known for stability, repeat business, and long-term career growth. Job Description Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and execution. Lead coordination efforts between owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure successful execution. Manage infrastructure, utility, site development, and building construction projects. Monitor project performance, costs, and scheduling milestones. Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong client relationships. Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with quality and safety standards. Prepare and present project updates to senior stakeholders and ownership representatives. The Successful Applicant 15+ years of construction project management experience. Strong background managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, utility, or large-scale corporate facility projects. Significant mechanical and electrical systems knowledge. Engineering degree strongly preferred. Experience managing projects valued between $10M and $20M+. Ability to oversee multiple active projects at one time. Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills. Proven tenure and stability with previous employers. Experience with ground-up construction and site development preferred. Pharmaceutical, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, or complex commercial project experience is highly desirable.
