Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Your organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities will help drive project success while providing exceptional support to project managers and clients alike. Duties Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation Coordinate with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders through multi-line phone systems and email communication Maintain detailed project documentation using productivity software, spreadsheets, and word processing tools Support data entry tasks, tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables with accuracy and efficiency Manage office operations related to project administration including filing, correspondence, and clerical tasks Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, managing phone communication with professionalism and courtesy Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track Qualifications Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data analysis Excellent computer literacy including data entry, document formatting, and technical proficiency in productivity software Strong customer service skills with experience handling front desk or reception duties using phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Previous experience in office experience or personal assistant roles is highly desirable Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and technical skills will contribute directly to successful project outcomes. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
