Job Description

LEAD C onstruction Super needed. Stick over Podium project, 300+ multifamily rental units. MUST have GC experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of project engineering and implementation methodologies. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. MUST have new, out of ground experience building
MULTIFAMILY
projects. Building a 300+ unit 5 story stick over podium building. Duties Develop all the trades on site. Facilitate meetings with management to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Coordinate resources and manage team dynamics to foster a productive work environment. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Prepare detailed reports on project status to senior management. Collaborate with teams on program design to align project objectives with organizational goals. Requirements Proven experience as a lead Super on a project, particularly in project engineering or implementation roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a project context. Excellent meeting facilitation skills with the ability to lead discussions effectively. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
Pay:
$175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
