Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a motivated Project Manager to their expanding operations team. Job Description The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout Manage construction contracts with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and correspondence Support value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner Monitor permit requirements, inspections, and regulatory compliance Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules and budgets Review and process subcontractor requisitions, invoices, and payment applications Work closely with field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Manage project financial reporting and forecasting Interpret project data to ensure adherence to cost and scheduling objectives Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs Coordinate project closeout activities, turnover documentation, and warranty management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
