Practice was recently named #920 on the Inc 5000 fastest-growing companies in America list. We've been serving the Hamilton community for 50+ years and with ~40 providers across 3 locations. Job Description Mon-Fri in the office required, with occasional Saturdays. At least 2-3 late shifts (until 8pm) per week. Must be 100% committed to making the Practice grow and succeed Coordinate daily operations & track key operational key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard(s) Coordinate complicated provider schedules and patient scheduling issues/rescheduling Coordinate patient satisfaction, patient complaints & marketing Coordinate IT/Accounts, facilities, equipment & supplies Oversee back-office administrative team Coordinate change management and ongoing root cause analyses (RCA's) & process/quality improvement initiatives Project manage new initiatives and launches Coordinate development of new sites, clinics & service lines Coordinate patient experience and service recovery and billing complaints/issues Assist with strategic planning through data analysis, market research, planning, and strategy execution Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and off-boarding Assist with general management Serve as business analyst & data analyst for the Practice managing and reporting both financial, operational and clinical quality metrics Provide Executive Assistant services to CEO and Physician Partners Assist with office administration Learn & be able to step in to perform Medical Assistant and/or Receptionist tasks Learn & be able to perform all aspects of back office work, including recruiting, marketing, data analysis, medical records, insurance verification, prior authorizations, etc… Help other office staff out as needed, we're a team The patient is always right Benefits Phenomenal learning curve to learn all aspects of an innovative & fast-growing Medical Practice under the close mentorship of Physician/Harvard MBA CEO with growth opportunity Competitive salary with year-end bonuses to reward Practice performance & going above and beyond Full benefits including health, vision, dental & life insurance, PTO, and 401k Requirements Looking for a career, not a job Bachelors degree required Must have experience in Health Care Services organization, innovative clinic experience is a big plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (also Google Sheets/Docs/Chat) AI proficiency required (Claude, GPT, Gemini) Reliable transportation & 100% reliability, follow-through, and dependability Obsessed with patient experience Amazing at time management and getting work done efficiently Must be extremely detail oriented Fast-learner & very good with technology & computers Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication required Must be 100% committed to growing the practice & changing the world
