Field Project Coordinator

Queen Lighting is a growing energy efficiency company specializing in commercial and industrial LED lighting upgrades . We help businesses upgrade their lighting systems while leveraging utility rebate programs , allowing customers to significantly reduce energy costs. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Project Coordinator / Field Operations team member to help manage projects in the field. This role combines project coordination, site visits, customer communication, and light technical work . You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from survey to installation to final inspection . This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable being in the field solving problems. Responsibilities Project Coordination Ensure projects are ready before scheduling installation Confirm materials, job scope, and site readiness Coordinate with installers, inspectors, and customers Answer customer questions before and after projects Field Work Meet utility inspectors at project sites Conduct lighting surveys for new projects Verify fixtures and project scope in the field Ensure installations match project specifications Material & Logistics Pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed Help organize project materials and deliveries Ensure installers have the correct equipment for jobs Light Technical Work Replace faulty fixtures after installation if needed Install or manage installation of occupancy sensors Perform small corrections or adjustments on job sites Customer Support Communicate with customers during project process Help resolve issues or questions on-site Ensure projects are completed smoothly and professionally Qualifications Required Valid driver's license Strong organizational skills Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable visiting job sites and interacting with customers Ability to travel to job sites throughout

Preferred (not required) Experience in construction, electrical, or field service work Experience with project coordination or operations Familiarity with lighting or electrical systems

Compensation Salary Range:
