Company Overview The United States Golf Association (USGA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the game of golf in the United States. Headquartered in Liberty Corner, New Jersey. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, manage timelines and resources, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish. Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project status reports to leadership. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. Resolve project issues and facilitate effective communication among team members. Support continuous process improvement and perform other project-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Previous experience managing projects in a professional environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
