The Axel Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a well-established luxury residential builder in Monmouth County. This individual would oversee custom home construction and high-end residential renovation projects. Responsibilities Manage multiple custom home and luxury residential renovation projects from pre-construction through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and daily construction activities. Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication to clients throughout the construction process. Review construction documents, specifications, and change orders while proactively resolving project challenges. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship on every project. Work closely with field personnel and office staff to ensure accurate project documentation and reporting. Ensure compliance with local building codes and company safety standards. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a residential home builder or luxury custom home builder. Experience managing custom homes, major renovations, or high-end residential construction projects. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project management. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, architects, and homeowners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is a plus.
