Job Description
Dental Receptionist/Assistant - We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice in this dual role, You will play a pivotal part in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service. As a Dental Receptionist, you will manage appointment schedules, greet patients, handle patient calls and inquiries, insurance verification, check-out patients, and ensure a smooth administrative workflow. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in maintaining efficient operations and providing a seamless experience for our patients from check-in to checkout. Your Dental Assistant duties will require you to assist the dentist during procedures as needed, prepare and sterilize instruments, set up and breakdown rooms, and take dental x-rays (if licensed).Your technical skills will be complemented by your compassionate approach, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. Our ideal candidate is a Dental Receptionist/Assistant preferably with an x-ray license, 1-3 years of experience in a dental office setting as a receptionist or an assistant, / and proficiency in dental software.
