$90,000 - $105,000This job is located in our office in Livingston, NJ with the need to travel to our NY locations as needed.

Are you ready to take the lead on high-impact construction projects?

Were looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to join our Construction & Development team. This is an opportunity for a strong construction professional to take ownership of projects from planning and bidding through completion and openingand to have a direct impact on the success of our business.

As a Project Manager, youll work closely with our construction, estimating, operations, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

What Youll DoLead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finishOwn project schedules, budgets, timelines, and critical path activitiesPartner with Project Superintendents to plan and coordinate project executionManage subcontractor bidding, proposals, contract negotiations, and vendor relationshipsOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and project documentationReview project financials and monitor costs to ensure projects remain on budgetCoordinate material procurement and prioritize work based on project timelinesWork closely with estimating and construction teams on cost estimates, take-offs, and project planningCommunicate project status, financial performance, risks, and schedules to senior leadershipBuild strong relationships with town officials, subcontractors, vendors, and project partnersCoordinate construction, design, and project openings with our Operations teamLead project closeout and ensure all project requirements are completedKeep the entire project team focused, accountable, and moving toward the critical pathWhat Were Looking ForWere looking for someone who is more than a project manageryoure a leader, problem solver, communicator, and owner of the outcome.

The ideal teammate will have:5-10 years of relevant commercial construction experienceDemonstrated project management experience with complex construction projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and practicesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsThe confidence to make thoughtful, informed decisions in real timeThe ability to hold others accountable while building positive working relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA proactive, self-directed approach and strong attention to detailHigh integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to doing the right thingProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management softwareExperience with tools such as Procore, Timberline, SureTrak, or Microsoft Project BenefitsAdvancement Opportunities We believe in promoting from within!
