Known for their reputable and highly detail oriented luxury builds throughout New Jersey. Job Description Responsibilities Lead day-to-day construction operations on luxury residential projects - very client facing position. Candidate must be polished Conduct and lead meetings with homeowners, architects, and subcontractors Manage project schedules and construction milestones Coordinate subcontractor activities and site logistics Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project specifications Handle client communications and maintain a polished, professional presence Monitor budgets, change orders, and project progress Support client invoicing and project reporting as needed Partner with shared Assistant Project Managers (APMs) on scheduling and administrative needs Manage project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover Identify and proactively solve field issues before impacting schedule or client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Ideal Background 10+ Years Experience managing luxury single-family residential construction projects Strong knowledge of ground-up custom home construction and large additions Construction Management degree highly preferred (Architectural background also viewed favorably) Comfortable working as a hands-on field leader rather than an office-based PM Ability to create and manage project schedules Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills Professional demeanor with high-end clientele Experience serving as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, Owner's Rep, or Project Manager within custom residential construction environments What's on Offer Compensation Base salary range $150-170K depending upon experience Company vehicle PTO
