Job Description The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will: Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Establish and maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts Administer contracts, subcontracts, and procurement activities Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to financial objectives Track project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders Support value engineering and cost-control initiatives Ensure compliance with permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements Work closely with field teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards Lead project meetings and resolve project challenges proactively Manage project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty activities Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) efforts throughout construction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
