The company has built a strong reputation for delivering successful projects across a variety of commercial sectors while maintaining a people-first culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their expanding team. Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will: Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day project administration Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants Assist with contract administration and procurement activities Track project budgets, commitments, and cost reports Help manage permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the project team Assist with project buyout and subcontractor management Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiatives Maintain accurate project records and construction software databases Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover procedures MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
