The ideal candidate will have experience managing public works projects and a strong understanding of construction management, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile municipal, institutional, and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through project closeout while collaborating with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and public agencies. Key Responsibilities Assist in and/or manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final completion and closeout. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software. Track project budgets, costs, forecasts, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and project financials. Coordinate daily activities with field personnel, subcontractors, consultants, owners, and vendors. Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for completeness and compliance. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules. Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, payment applications, and other required project documentation. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, agency specifications, OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and company safety policies. Coordinate inspections, permits, project documentation, and project closeout activities. Support procurement activities, subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries. Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, agency representatives, and internal project teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
