People & Operations Manager

We're hiring a strong, organized, people-savvy leader to help oversee the day-to-day flow of our office and support our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who naturally brings structure, accountability, calm energy, and follow-through to a fast paced environment. We are a growing owner-operated company looking for someone who can become a true right hand to leadership - someone we can trust to help keep the office running smoothly even when ownership steps out. Part HR. Part operations. Part team leadership. The "glue that keeps everything together."

What You'll Do:

Help oversee daily office operations and workflow Support and help manage coordinators and office staff Manage hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and accountability Help improve organization, communication, efficiency Keep day-to-day operations productive, professional, and running smoothly Assist ownership with projects, systems, and growth initiatives Help create a positive, team-oriented, but accountable office culture

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Naturally takes initiative and ownership Is confident, organized, and highly dependable Can manage multiple moving parts without creating chaos Communicates clearly and professionally Knows how to lead people respectfully while still holding standards Thrives in fast paced environments where every day looks a little different Is solution-oriented and doesn't wait to be micromanaged Has prior leadership, office management, operations, healthcare, staffing, or home care experience (preferred)

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
