Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing and organizing the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Coordinating events and meetings, both internal and external. Assisting with special projects and conducting research as needed. Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information. Providing general office support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's agenda. Managing personal tasks for the executive as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
