Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will: Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and project stakeholders Track project schedules and help identify potential delays or issues Monitor project costs and assist with budget management Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting documentation Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress and project execution Assist with procurement and material tracking Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation Ensure project information is organized, accurate, and up to date MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
