Develop Wire Center Transformation and Decommissioning Assessment and Remediation Package. Review and approve remediation packages and communicate timelines to PSAPs. Assist AT&T Public Safety Program Manager in project planning and initiation. Coordinate resources and team activities across internal and external stakeholders. Manage cost, schedule, and risk throughout project lifecycle. Maintain stakeholder communication and prepare project updates and reports. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with AT&T standards.
