An established and growing construction management firm is seeking a seasoned Project Executive (PX) to lead and mentor Project Managers across multiple high-profile projects in the Northeast. This is an opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role with real influence, overseeing major multifamily and commercial renovations while representing a respected, relationship-driven organization.
What's Offered Base Salary:
$210,000 - $260,000
Bonus:
20-25% of base salary, typically awarded during the holidays

Regional, as needed What You'll Do Oversee and guide multiple Project Managers across active job sites, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction. Serve as a trusted, client-facing leader who builds strong relationships with owners, housing authorities, and property management teams. Communicate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership to maintain seamless project coordination. Travel as needed to project sites throughout New Jersey, New York, and occasionally out of state Play a key role in expanding the project team by recruiting and mentoring top talent. Operate with autonomy within six months, driving results without constant oversight. Manage sensitive on-site situations and tenant relations with professionalism and tact. What You Bring 10-15+ years of progressive construction management experience, with time spent as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. Proven ability to manage large-scale multifamily rehab and gut renovation projects; affordable housing experience is highly preferred. Experience in commercial occupied spaces or multifamily ground-up environments also valued. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence. Stable career history with reputable builders or construction management firms. Degree preferred but not required -proven experience and leadership matter most.
