Job Description:
Position Overview Atigun Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead a multi-site federal facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Full Maintenance contract supporting a Government Campus in Edison, NJ. This role has full authority over contract execution , including staffing, financial oversight, compliance, and client engagement, and serves as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer and COR . Key Responsibilities Provide full lifecycle management of O&M, custodial, and maintenance operations across multiple federal facilities Serve as the authorized representative for all contractual matters (performance, reporting, compliance, financials)
Oversee:
Preventive and corrective maintenance programs Work order management Quality Control (QC) and inspections Lead staffing, hiring, and workforce performance management Interface with GSA stakeholders and attend tenant/government meetings Ensure compliance with: Federal regulations Safety, environmental, and training requirements Manage subcontractors and vendors Drive facility performance improvements and energy efficiency initiatives Minimum Qualifications 10+ years experience in Facilities O&M or Building Maintenance 10 years minimum experience as a senior licensed electrician Demonstrated experience managing: Federal, commercial, or institutional buildings of similar size/complexity Strong knowledge of: Mechanical systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers) Preventive maintenance programs Contract compliance and QC programs Experience interpreting: Technical specifications Blueprints and construction documents Proven experience managing subcontractors and budgets Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Prior federal contract experience Background in multi-building portfolios Engineering or technical background Atigun Group, Inc. offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and long-term success of our employees and their families.
