What You'll Do
Coordinate the operational aspects of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including planning, scheduling, production integration, and commissioning support
Support equipment installations, process upgrades, and start-up activities associated with CAPEX initiatives
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to management and operational teams
Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety and environmental standards
Monitor and analyze rolling mill process performance, including productivity, yield, quality, throughput, and equipment utilization
Collect, organize, and interpret production data to identify trends, process variations, and opportunities for improvement
Apply statistical methods and data analysis techniques to support process optimization and root cause investigations
Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, and productivity improvements
Support troubleshooting activities related to rolling mill operations, product quality, and process stability
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to improve process performance
Create and maintain process documentation, technical reports, standard operating procedures, and performance dashboards
Participate in process capability studies and production trials
Support implementation of Industry 4.0 and data-driven manufacturing initiatives
What You'll Need
0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, steel processing, rolling mill operations, or related industrial environments
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment
Your Education
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
