Job Summary Integrity Solar and Home Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Utility Interconnection & Incentives Coordinator to join our expanding residential solar operations team. This role is essential in managing solar projects through the utility interconnection and incentive processes, ensuring timely and accurate application submissions, compliance with requirements, and continuous project progress. The coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between the company, utility providers, and incentive programs to facilitate smooth project development from initiation to completion. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of utility interconnection applications for residential solar projects, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted accurately. Coordinate with utility companies to track application statuses, address any issues or delays, and ensure timely approvals. Oversee the incentive application process, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation to maximize available incentives for each project. Maintain detailed records of interconnection and incentive activities, deadlines, and correspondence to ensure compliance and transparency. Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and contractors to gather required information and facilitate seamless project progression. Monitor regulatory changes related to utility interconnection policies and incentives, providing updates and recommendations to internal teams. Assist in resolving any issues or disputes related to interconnection or incentives that may arise during project development. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in managing utility interconnection processes or similar roles within the renewable energy or solar industry preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with utilities, government agencies, contractors, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Knowledge of local utility interconnection procedures, incentive programs, and relevant regulations is highly desirable. Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Pay:
$20.29 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
