Job Description The Construction Project Manager will: Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities Administer contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentation Coordinate design, engineering, and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle Lead project meetings and communicate progress to key stakeholders Monitor project financials and ensure adherence to budget objectives Identify potential project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and cost goals Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards Coordinate project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
