Responsibilities:
Lead information security activities across the full A&D project lifecycle, from due diligence and pre-close planning through integration, separation, and post-close execution. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items. Coordinate work across security, infrastructure, application, legal, privacy, records management, eDiscovery, business, and third-party teams. Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, daily stand-ups, and leadership reviews. Establish clear ownership, deadlines, escalation paths, and decision points. Identify delivery risks early and drive timely mitigation or escalation. Prepare concise status reports, executive summaries, meeting notes, dashboards, and decision materials. Track security requirements and deliverables against transaction and business milestones. Support consistent project governance, documentation, and reporting across the A&D portfolio. Use AI and automation tools appropriately to improve planning, analysis, documentation, and reporting. Adapt quickly as deal scope, priorities, timelines, and requirements change.
Required Qualifications:
At least eight years of project management experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or ISRM & Cyber Security activities. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional IT projects. Strong knowledge of project management practices, including scope, schedule, dependency, risk, issue, action, and stakeholder management. Experience working as a project manager, Scrum Master, or delivery lead in Agile, hybrid, or traditional environments. Strong leadership, facilitation, written communication, and executive presentation skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain control of multiple workstreams and deadlines. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common project collaboration and reporting tools. Practical understanding of generative AI, its business applications, and the controls needed for responsible use. Ability to understand information security terminology, processes, and requirements without serving as the technical subject-matter expert. Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a consistent record of follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, or other accreditations Previous experience with cybersecurity, information security risk management, privacy, compliance, or technology integration. Familiarity with security assessments, identity and access management, infrastructure separation, data transfer, application disposition, third-party risk, and post-close remediation. Experience developing portfolio dashboards, executive reporting, or automated project-management workflows.
