Job Description Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor management activities. Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within budget and on schedule. Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, permits, and closeout packages. Track project financials, including cost reporting, billing, and revenue forecasting. Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to support team development. The Successful Applicant A successful Civil Project Manager should have: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience within construction. Experience managing commercial, industrial, civil, infrastructure, site development, healthcare, educational, or municipal projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and cost control. Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, owners, and project teams effectively. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to drive projects and teams toward successful outcomes. Ability to analyze project risks and develop proactive solutions. Valid driver's license and willingness to visit project sites throughout Southern New Jersey. What's on Offer Competitive base salary of $100,000 - $140,000, depending on experience.
