Job Description

Seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in project management, commercial property maintenance, and construction. The Junior Project Manager will help coordinate projects from start to finish, working closely with field crews, subcontractors, customers, vendors, and company management. This is a hands-on position that will involve both office and field work throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable communicating with customers and crews, and able to keep multiple projects moving at the same time. Responsibilities Assist with managing commercial maintenance and construction projects from start to completion Coordinate schedules with field employees and subcontractors Communicate with customers regarding project schedules, updates, and concerns Visit job sites to inspect progress and ensure work is being completed properly Help coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries Track project schedules, deadlines, and outstanding work Assist with estimates, proposals, change orders, and project documentation Help identify and resolve problems that arise in the field Communicate with supervisors, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and customers Monitor project costs and assist with maintaining project profitability Make sure projects are completed on time and according to customer expectations Take photos and document job-site conditions and completed work Assist with snow, landscaping, sweeping, construction, electrical, plumbing, and other commercial property service projects as needed Maintain organized records of projects and customer communication Perform other project-management duties as assigned What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in construction, property maintenance, facilities, landscaping, or a related field preferred Project management experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable working both in an office and in the field Ability to communicate professionally with customers and employees Strong problem-solving skills Reliable and dependable Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours when project needs require it
Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$60,000-$70,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency work depending on project requirements
