Position Summary The Project Coordinator serves as one of the primary points of contact for our customers after the sale. This role is responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing sold projects, submitting financing documentation, and coordinating site survey appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to customer questions and concerns professionally Process and intake newly sold solar and roofing projects Review contracts and documentation for completeness Submit Notice to Proceed (NTP) packages to financing partners Coordinate with finance partners to obtain project approvals Schedule site surveys with homeowners and field personnel Maintain accurate customer records within CRM software Communicate with customers regarding project status and upcoming appointments Coordinate with sales, operations, permitting, and installation teams Follow up on outstanding documentation and financing requirements Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's project journey Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment High attention to detail Comfortable learning new software and technology Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not required) Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and professional Dependable and punctual Highly organized A problem solver Customer-focused Able to remain calm under pressure Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off Health benefits (if applicable) Opportunities for advancement Supportive and growing team environment On-the-job training Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time In-office position Why Join Velocity?
