Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading client-specific construction projects from early preconstruction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on planning, coordination, and execution within an active semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role integrates preconstruction services with project delivery, ensuring alignment with client standards, strict safety protocols, and complex operational constraints. Key Responsibilities Lead preconstruction efforts, including scope definition, budgeting, estimating coordination, value engineering, and constructability reviews Develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with field teams and trade partners Serve as primary point of contact with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with site requirements, permitting, and access protocols Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration Drive cost control, forecasting, and change management throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure safe and efficient field execution in a live facility Maintain strict adherence to standards related to safety, quality, and documentation Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, especially in high-sensitivity manufacturing environments Lead project meetings, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Experience managing construction projects within semiconductor, manufacturing, or other highly regulated facilities is preferred Strong background in preconstruction and estimating processes Demonstrated ability to manage projects in active or occupied environments Proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, and project management systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of Intel or similar owner-specific standards is a strong plus
