This role will play a critical part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities :
Develop and manage project plans and schedules for assigned drilling and pump projects. Oversee all aspects of drilling and pump operations, including budgeting, permitting, logistics, and contractor management. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and regulatory agencies. Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company protocols. Analyze project-related data and generate reports as required. Continuously improve project management processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Travel to client sites regularly for key project milestones, to resolve project barriers, and to manage key issues around the health and safety of our teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or a related discipline is required. Understanding or strong interest in land-based drilling operations, including relevant equipment, techniques, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Atlassian tools, Primavera). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel to client sites with some overnight stays required. Preference for PM experience within the drilling industry (water well, oil & gas, etc.). Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
