Position:
1 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced PMO Project Management professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience supporting PMO activities for large scale software development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and client stakeholders while managing a portfolio of multiple simultaneous projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining RAID logs, tracking risks and issues, monitoring action items and dependencies, supporting project status reporting, and ensuring timely follow up and accountability across stakeholders. Required Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Software Development Project Management or PMO activities
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and PMBOK principles
  • Experience maintaining and managing RAID logs covering risks, issues, actions, and decisions
  • Experience tracking owners, due dates, mitigation plans, and status
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation planning
  • Experience tracking action items through closure
  • Experience documenting project decisions and dependencies
  • Experience with project status reporting and data tracking
  • Experience coordinating status meetings and RAID reviews
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent follow through and attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively push for updates and maintain stakeholder accountability
  • Ability to identify, track, and escalate project blockers
  • Experience working with multiple internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update RAID logs covering risks, issues, actions, and decisions
  • Track owners, due dates, mitigation plans, and status for project risks and issues
  • Actively manage risks and issues, including timely escalations
  • Track action items through closure
  • Document project decisions, dependencies, and key project information
  • Provide input into weekly and monthly project status reports
  • Support project status meetings and RAID reviews
  • Prepare meeting invites, agendas, and meeting materials as required
  • Document meeting minutes and track follow up actions
  • Facilitate status meetings and RAID review discussions when required
  • Escalate project blockers and critical risks early to appropriate stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholders provide timely status updates and maintain their assigned items
  • Assess and identify risk probability and potential impact
  • Track issue resolution plans and monitor progress through closure
  • Monitor project dependencies and identify potential impacts to project timelines
  • Coordinate activities across multiple internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting information
  • Support portfolio management across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Use Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint to support project management activities
  • Ensure project information, risks, issues, actions, and decisions are accurately documented and maintained Education Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
