The National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) seeks a Project Manager II-III to lead complex telecommunications and media projects that enable world-class radio astronomy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will plan, execute, and monitor multi-phase projects involving engineering, IT, and scientific stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, and budgets; managing risks and resources; coordinating cross-functional teams; and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. You will foster collaboration in NRAO's mission-driven, research-focused culture, support continuous improvement, and communicate progress to internal and external partners.
