Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising nursing staff and overseeing daily operations Ensuring resident safety and quality care in compliance with regulations Acting as the clinical decision-maker on weekends Monitoring resident conditions and communicating with providers Supporting medication management, documentation, and infection control Addressing staffing and operational issues in real time Participating in incident follow-up and promoting teamworkQualifications:
Current RN license in New Mexico Experience in supervision and long-term care preferred Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skillsBenefits:
