Job Description
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly project activities across mining, processing, maintenance, and infrastructure projects Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables; report variances and risks to project leadership Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work plans, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports Serve as a communication liaison between operations, engineering, contractors, vendors, and management Support procurement activities by tracking purchase orders, material deliveries, and equipment availability Assist with contractor onboarding, site access coordination, and compliance documentation Monitor progress of above‑ground construction and operational improvement projects Support change management processes and update project plans as scope or priorities shift Duties as assignedSimilar remote jobs
