Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager. They will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role serves as a central coordination point between customers, internal stakeholders, and overseas Asia teams, managing information flow, timelines, and execution while adhering to established company processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing and supply chain environment. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Manage projects end-to-end from kickoff through completion, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify project risks, monitor progress, and support mitigation planning to ensure successful execution. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress across cross-functional teams. Prepare and present project status updates and reports to sales, account management, leadership, and customers. Act as a primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and Asia manufacturing partners. Review incoming information, drawings, and documentation; request clarification or additional details as needed. Review and process information from Asia teams prior to release to management or customers. Perform initial reviews of vendor quotations to identify missing or inconsistent information. Support project-related financial analysis, including costing, tooling investments, and supplier quotations. Generate internal worksheets and customer quotes for review and approval. Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Fluency in spoken and written English. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills preferred. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills & Experience Bilingual in Mandarin. Experience working with international suppliers or Asia-based manufacturing teams. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Solid understanding of NPI, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing processes. Experience with project costing, financial analysis, or tooling investment reviews. Ability to translate complex project data into clear, actionable insights. Team-oriented, dependable, and professional communicator.

From $60,000.00 per year
