In this role, you will manage the procurement, coordination, and installation of hollow metal frames, wood and hollow metal doors, architectural hardware, and access control components—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of DFH (Doors, Frames & Hardware) projects, including submittals, procurement, scheduling, and delivery coordination. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and door/hardware schedules to develop accurate material takeoffs and orders. Prepare and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation. Coordinate with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve field conditions and design conflicts. Interpret hardware schedules and ensure compliance with fire-rating, ADA, life-safety, and building codes. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing with manufacturers (e.g., hollow metal, wood door, and finish hardware suppliers). Track project budgets, costs, and margins; provide regular status reports to leadership. Oversee delivery logistics, staging, and installation timelines to align with the overall construction schedule. Support estimating and bid efforts as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in commercial doors, frames, and hardware (or a closely related construction trade). Strong knowledge of Division 8 products: hollow metal, wood doors, architectural finish hardware, and electrified/access control hardware. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and hardware schedules. Familiarity with industry codes and standards (NFPA 80, ADA, IBC, UL). Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with Titan (project management/estimating software for the DFH industry). Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu for takeoffs, markups, and document management. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. AHC (Architectural Hardware Consultant) or DHC certification is a plus.
