Position Summary We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to support preconstruction and project execution activities for heavy civil construction projects. This role will develop competitive estimates, manage project pursuits, support business development, and oversee successful project delivery from award through closeout. Key Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract documents to define project scope, risks, and opportunities. Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, production plans, schedules, and cost estimates. Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Develop competitive bids, proposals, budgets, and conceptual estimates. Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, owner meetings, and client presentations. Lead constructability reviews, value engineering, budgeting, and procurement planning. Manage heavy civil construction projects from award through closeout. Administer contracts and maintain proper project documentation. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash flow projections. Build and maintain CPM and short-interval project schedules. Manage change order pricing, negotiation, documentation, and execution. Coordinate field operations, equipment utilization, procurement, and staffing. Support safety, quality control, production tracking, and project documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. heavy civil construction experience with estimating and/or project management responsibilities.

Earthwork Underground utilities Concrete Grading Paving Structural excavation Site development Strong understanding of public and private work procurement methods. Experience managing projects up to $20M. Proficiency with HCSS Heavy Bid, HCSS Heavy Job, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, planning, organization, and risk-management skills. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
